Effect of Standard Operating Procedures on Improvement of Nursing Quality in Mild Hypothermia Treatment for Neonatal Encephalopathy

目的探讨标准作业程序对新生儿脑病亚低温治疗护理质量改善的效果。方法制定并实施新生儿脑病亚低温治疗护理标准作业程序,比较实施前后护理质量的改善效果。结果实施护理标准作业程序后护理质量总体改善,护理记录文书质量提高明显(P<0.05);护理工作效率显著改进,处置及时率明显提高(P<0.05);护理缺陷发生率显著降低(P<0.05)。结论标准化护理作业程序规范了新生儿脑病亚低温治疗护理过程中各环节内容、步骤,重点质量控制环节突出,明确了护理人员职责并提高了环节质量控制意识,从而可改善总体护理质量,提高治疗效果。

Objective To explore the effect of standard operating procedures on the improvement of nursing quality in mild hypothermia treatment for neonatal encephalopathy.Methods Formulating and implementing the nursing standard operating procedure for mild hypothermia treatment of neonatal encephalopathy,and comparing the improvement effect of nursing quality before and after implementation.Results After the implementation of standard nursing procedures,the quality of nursing was improved in general,and the quality of nursing records was significantly improved(P<0.05);the efficiency of nursing work was significantly improved,and the rate of timely treatment was significantly improved(P<0.05);the incidence of nursing defects decreased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized nursing procedures standardize the contents and steps of each link in the nursing process of mild hypothermia treatment for neonatal encephalopathy,highlight the key quality control links,clarify the responsibilities of nursing staff and improve the awareness of link quality control,which can improve the overall nursing quality and improve the treatment effect.
