非对称半指数势对三角受限势量子阱中极化子性质的影响

The Influence of an Asymmetrical Semi-exponential Potential on Polaron Characteristics in Triangular Confinement Potential Quantum Well

摘要 科学合理地探讨了非对称半指数受限势(ASEP)对弱电子-声子耦合极限下三角受限势量子阱(TCPQW)中极化子特性的作用。充分利用线性组合算符(LCO)以及两次简单幺正变换(UT)的方法,导出和讨论了弱电子-声子耦合极限下,量子阱中极化子基态能量同势垒高度U0和范围σ关系。数值计算结果显示弱耦合极限下极化子最低能级随着垫垒高度U0和受限强度ω0的增加而增加,相反,其是半指数受限势范围的减函数,且其随极坐标系极角θ呈周期性变化,文中涉及的4个参数是研究非对称半指数三角受限势量子阱中极化子性质的重要物理量。 The effect of the asymmetric semi-exponential confined potential(ASEP)on the properties of polaron in a triangular confined potential quantum well(TCPQW)under weak electron-phonon coupling limit is discussed scientifically.In this paper,the relationship between the ground state energy of a polaron in a quantum well and the height U0and rangeσof the barrier in the weak electron-phonon coupling limit is derived and discussed by using the linear combination operator(LCO)method and two simple unitary transformations(UT).The numerical results show that the minimum energy level of polaron in the weak coupling limit increases with the increase of the height U0and constrained strengthω0.On the contrary,it is a decreasing function of the range of the semi-exponential confined potential,and it varies periodically with the polar angleθof the polar coordinate system.That is,the four parameters involved in this paper are important physical quantities for studying the properties of polaron in the triangular confined potential quantum well influenced by the asymmetric semi-exponential.
