航空钛合金紧固件微弧氧化膜层的制备与耐腐蚀行为研究

摘要 为了研究微弧氧化膜层对钛合金紧固件连接铝构件时抗电偶腐蚀作用。采用不同的电工艺方法制备钛合金紧固件微弧氧化膜层,通过微观形貌、厚度检测、硬度检测筛选了较优的制备工艺,同时通过动电位极化曲线、持续盐雾试验等测试技术,分析评价了钛合金紧固件表面微弧氧化层的抗电偶腐蚀性能。结果显示采用分4段式恒压模式制备的微弧氧化膜层性能更佳;.钛合金紧固件微弧氧化后抗电偶耐蚀性优于未表面处理的钛合金紧固件。表明微弧氧化涂层可以有效地防止电偶腐蚀。 In order to study the effect of micro-arc oxide film layer on the resistance to galvanic coupling corrosion of titanium alloy fasteners when connecting aluminum components. Different electrical process methods were used to prepare the micro-arc oxide film layer of titanium alloy fasteners, and the better preparation process was screened by microscopic morphology, thickness test,and hardness test, while the anti-electrical coupling corrosion performance of the micro-arc oxide layer on the surface of titanium alloy fasteners was analyzed and evaluated by testing techniques such as dynamic potential polarization curve and continuous salt spray test. The results show that the micro-arc oxidation film layer prepared in 4-stage constant voltage mode had better performance and the corrosion resistance of titanium alloy fasteners after micro-arc oxidation was better than that of titanium alloy fasteners without surface treatment. It showed that the micro-arc oxidation coating could effectively prevent galvanic corrosion.
