基于可靠性理论分析的滤网自清洁功能研究与应用

摘要 过滤网自清洁功能的可靠性是实现热泵洗护机稳定烘干的核心。本文基于可靠性理论,以热泵洗护机烘干风道过滤网作为研究对象,运用可靠性摸底实验分析确认,并结合可靠性强化实验(RET)和故障树分析(FTA)对滤网自清洁功能失效原因进行可靠性深入分析,建立其故障树,确定滤网自清洁功能失效的主要影响因素。同时,使用可靠性理论对滤网自清洁功能进行可靠性再验证,提出了相应的改进措施,提升了滤网自清洁功能的可靠性。 The reliability of the filter self-cleaning function is the core of the stable drying of the heat pump washing. Based on the theory of reliability, this article is based on the heat pump washing drying air duct filter as the research object. It uses reliability to find experiment analysis and confirmation, and combines reliability reinforcement experiments(RET) and fault tree analysis(FTA) to clean the filter to clean the filter to self-cleaning the filter. Depending on the reasons for function failure, the faulty tree is established to determine the main influencing factor of the self-cleaning function of the filter. At the same time, the use of reliability theory to verify the reliability of the filter self-cleaning function, and proposes corresponding improvement measures to improve the reliability of the filter self-cleaning function.
