摘要
本文介绍了一种高PSRR的快速响应线性电源调制器的电路设计。该电路采用二阶温度补偿形成稳定的带隙基准参考电压,利用输出电压反馈作为电路的内部电源,使得电路的响应速度更快。同时,由于电路未直接使用输入电压作为内部电源,因此拥有较高的PSRR。仿真结果表明,该线性电源调制器在100Hz下PSRR约为113 dB,同时拥有较快的响应速度和较大的相位裕度。
This paper introduces the circuit design of a fast response low dropout regulator with high PSRR. The circuit uses second-order temperature compensation to form a stable bandgap reference voltage, and uses output voltage feedback as the internal power supply of the circuit, which makes the response speed of the circuit faster. The circuit also has a high PSRR because it does not directly use the input voltage as an internal power supply. The simulation results show that the PSRR of the low dropout regulator is about 113 dB at 100 Hz, and it has fast response speed and large phase margin.
