摘要
制造业是我国改革开放以来经济快速发展的重要载体,对中国经济的重要性不言而喻,我国制造业正从劳动密集型向技术密集型过渡,电子产品和机械部件产品在设计,生产制造过程,要提高技术质量和可靠性就要通过大量的试验进行验证。而试验工装是试验按预期开展的关键一步,本文从两个工装设计项目为例子,(轨道列车空调工装设计和飞机副翼作动器工装设计)对电子产品和机械部件的试验工装设计进行分析和总结。
Manufacturing industry is an important carrier of China’s rapid economic development since the reform and opening-up policy. China’s manufacturing industry is transitioning from labor intensive to technology intensive. A large number of test Validations are required to improve the technology,quality and reliability of mechanical and electrical products. The test fixture is one key step for the tests. This paper analyzes and summarizes the design of test fixture for mechanical and electrical products from two projects(One is fixture design of railway air conditioner and the other is fixture design of aircraft aileron actuator).
