摘要
基于中国高技术制造业各行业2010-2019年的面板数据,通过DEA-Malmquist生产率指数对高技术制造业各行业的动态效率变化值进行分析,采用熵权法确定指标权重,并结合灰色关联分析法对投入要素与产出要素间的关联度进行测算。结果表明:中国制造业创新效率整体呈发展态势;技术进步是影响全要素生产率的主要因素;指标投入强度及创新效率差异导致投入要素的贡献度差异较大。未来需加快技术改造,合理配置资源要素投入强度,不断强化自主技术创新。
Based on the panel data of various industries of high-tech manufacturing industry in China from 2010 to 2019,by means of DEA Malmquist productivity index,the paper analyzes the dynamic efficiency change value of various high-tech manufacturing industries.The correlation degree between input factors and output factors is calculated by gray correlation analysis method and entropy weight method.The results show that the innovation efficiency of China’s manufacturing industry is developing smoothly as a whole,technological progress is the main factor affecting TFP,and the difference in index input intensity and innovation efficiency leads to a remarkable difference in the contribution of input factors.It is suggested that the technological transformation should be accelerated,the input intensity of resource elements should be rationally allocated,and the independent technological innovation should be constantly strengthened.
