摘要 协同育人是高校实现立德树人根本任务的必由之路。高校应以协同理念实现全员育人,以协同环节实现全过程育人,以协同区域实现全方位育人。阜阳师范大学坚持“三全育人”理念,强化协同育人过程,通过建设思政教育校园环境和完善考核评价体系提升教师教学能力与学生的学习积极性。 Collaborative education is a necessary way for universities to realize the fundamental task of moral cultivation.Universities are supposed to realize the all-member education with the collaboration concept,the whole-process education with the collaboration links,and the all-round education with the collaboration regions.Based on the above concept,Fuyang Normal University strengthens the process of collaborative education,builds the campus environment of ideological and political education,and improves the assessment and evaluation system,so as to improve the teaching ability of teachers and students’learning motivation.
