摘要
文章以采用加热膜加热的双层结构动力电池为研究对象,为验证低温环境下的其动力电池的热管理性能,通过制定测试条件,并在实车上搭载开展测试,通过对动力电池包内部模组的各项数据采集,并对装配载动力电池包内不同位置的模组温度差异进行分析,以期获得该类型电池包低温状态下的热管理状态以及相应优化措施的目的。
In order to verify the thermal management performance of its power battery under low temperature environment, the bilayer structure power battery heated by heating film is taken as the research object in this paper. By formulating test conditions and carrying out tests on real vehicles, the temperature difference of modules at different positions in the power battery pack is analyzed by collecting various data of modules inside the power battery pack, in order to obtain the thermal management state of this type of battery pack at low temperature and the purpose of corresponding optimization measures.
