“职业生涯规划”课程“六步”教学创新模式探讨

摘要 针对目前职业院校“职业生涯规划”课堂教学功效低状况,提出课堂教学改革策略。以提高学生“自主学习”能力为宗旨,采用设疑定标、自主探究、合作交流、成果展示、多元评价、应用拓展“六步”教学法进行“职业生涯规划”课堂教学设计。把知、情、行、恒融入课堂教学中,促使学生养成事事有筹谋和计划,不断意识到职业生涯规划对自身及职业生涯发展的重要性,从而激发学习热情,积极自主参加课堂实践活动,提升学生职业生涯规划能力。教学实践表明,“六步”教学模式能有效发挥“职业生涯规划”课程学习功效。 In view of the low classroom teaching efficiency of Career Planning in vocational colleges, this paper puts forward strategies for classroom teaching reform. With the purpose of improving students’ ability of "independent learning", the "six step" teaching method of setting questions and criteria, independent inquiry, cooperation and communication, achievement display, multiple evaluation,and application and expansion is adopted to design the classroom teaching of Career Planning. Knowledge, emotion, behavior and persistence are integrated into classroom teaching to encourage students to develop plans and plans for everything, and constantly realize the importance of career planning for themselves and career development, so as to stimulate learning enthusiasm, actively participate in classroom practice activities, and improve students career planning ability. The teaching practice shows that the "six steps" teaching mode can effectively exert the learning effect of the Career Planning course.
