地方高校园艺学科实验室安全管理现状分析及对策

Current Situation Analysis and Countermeasures on Safety Management of Horticulture Laboratory in Local Colleges and Universities

高校实验室是人才培养和科技创新的主要场所,实验室安全是保障高校教学科研工作顺利开展的基础。针对地方高校实验室安全管理中存在的问题,文章以长江大学园艺学科教学和科研实验室为例,对实验室存在的安全隐患进行了分析,从构建安全管理组织体系、完善安全管理制度、强化安全宣传教育、加强实验室安全设施四个方面提出了相应的管理对策,以提高实验室安全管理水平。

University laboratories are the main places for personnel training and scientific and technological innovation. Laboratory safety is the basis for ensuring the smooth development of teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities. In view of the problems existing in the laboratory safety management of local colleges and universities, this paper takes the horticultural teaching and scientific research laboratory of Yangtze University as an example to analyze the potential safety hazards in the laboratory, and puts forward corresponding management countermeasures from four aspects: building the safety management organization system, improving the safety management system, strengthening the safety publicity and education, and strengthening the laboratory safety facilities, so as to improve the laboratory safety management level.
