摘要
表观遗传学是在传统遗传学基础上发展而来的,它是不涉及DNA序列变化表型却发生可遗传基因改变的一门不同于遗传学的学科,其异常可能会影响疾病的发生发展。在糖尿病肾病(DN)的纤维化、炎症、氧化应激、糖代谢及脂代谢紊乱等相关发病机制和疾病进展中,表观遗传学机制发挥着不可忽视的作用。本文就该机制进行综述,为将来可进行的分子相关研究、疾病的诊断及治疗策略提供新方向。
Epigenetics is developed from traditional genetics, a discipline distinct from genetics that does not involve DNA sequence changes phenotypes but heritable genetic alterations, whose abnormalities may affect disease development. Epigenetic mechanisms play a non-negligible role in the pathogenesis and disease progression associated with fibrosis, inflammation, oxidative stress, and disorders of glucose and lipid metabolism in diabetic nephropathy(DN). This paper reviews its mechanism to provide new directions for future molecularly relevant studies, disease diagnosis and treatment strategies that can be conducted.
