摘要
基于我国人口老龄化的状态,社会对老年医学及其专业人才的需求和期望值明显增高。老年医学作为一门新兴学科,其研究生的培养模式仍存在诸多问题,立足于科教融合视角,针对老年医学特色的人才培养理念和模式更为缺乏。因此,本文将着重于探讨在科教融合背景下针对老年医学研究生培养模式的一系列改革措施,深入落实科教融合的老年医学人才培养理念,这对改进老年医学研究生培养具有重要的意义。
Based on the aging of the population in China,the demand and expectations for geriatric medicine and its professional talents have grown significantly.As an emerging subject,postgraduate training model in geriatric medicine still has many challenges,particularly the lack of geriatrics training concept and model with geriatrics characteristics in the perspective of science-education integration.Thus,this paper discusses a series of reform measures for geriatrics postgraduate training model in the context of science-education integration,to further implement the concept of geriatrics personnel training in science-education integration,of great significance to improve geriatrics postgraduate training.
