摘要
阿尔茨海默病(AD)是一种不可逆的中枢神经系统退行性疾病,其发病机制与肠道菌群失衡密切相关,且肠道菌群失衡可影响AD的病理进程与严重程度。随着微生物-肠-脑轴理论的提出,越来越多的研究证实肠道菌群及其代谢产物可能引起AD患者的神经炎症和免疫系统失调。本文围绕肠道菌群与AD的关系以及通过调节肠道菌群治疗AD的研究进展进行综述,为微生物-肠-脑轴与AD病理机制关系的深入研究提供参考资料。
Alzheimer’s disease(AD)is an irreversible degenerative disease of the central nervous system.The pathogenesis of AD is closely related to the imbalance of intestinal microbiota,and the imbalance of intestinal microbiota may affect the pathological process and severity of AD.With the microorganism-gut-brain axis theory proposed,more and more studies have confirmed that intestinal microbiota and its metabolites may cause neuroinflammation and immune system disorders in patients with AD.This article focuses on the relationship between intestinal microflora and AD,and the current treatment of AD by regulating intestinal microflora,which may provide more references for revealing the pathological mechanism of AD related to microorganism-gut-brain axis.
