摘要 海关应急人力资源是海关应对突发事件的第一资源。本文以内部控制为切入点,分析海关应急人力资源管理存在的挑战,从提升内部控制意识、完善内控体系、开展内控评价、加强信息化建设、重视人才培养等方面对海关应急人力资源管理进行优化完善,为提升海关应急人力资源管理水平提供参考和借鉴,推动海关事业高质量发展。 Objective Customs emergency human resources are the first resource for customs to deal with emergencies.Taking internal control as the starting point,based on the analysis of the challenges existing in the customs emergency human resource management,this paper optimizes and improves the customs emergency human resource management from the aspects of improving the awareness of internal control,perfecting the internal control system,carrying out internal control evaluation,strengthening information construction,paying attention to talent training and so on.The above research can provide reference for improving the level of emergency human resources management of customs,and promote the high-quality development of customs.
