猴痘病毒的流行现状与我国口岸防控应对策略

Epidemic status of monkeypox virus and prevention and control strategies at Chinese ports

目的2022年5月以来,全球101个国家和地区累计报告4.8万例猴痘病例,世卫组织宣布猴痘疫情构成国际关注的突发公共卫生事件,引起全世界的广泛关注。随着世界各国之间人员往来及进出口贸易的恢复,猴痘疫情由境外输入我国的风险也不断加大,为了应对这一风险,本文对猴痘的流行病学特征、临床表现与检测方法、本轮猴痘疫情爆发的特点进行了综述,提出了我国口岸应对本轮猴痘疫情的防控策略及建议。

Objective Since May 2022,a total of 48,000 cases of monkeypox have been reported in 101 countries and regions around the world.The outbreak of monkeypox has been declared a public health emergency of international concern by the World Health Organization and has attracted wide attention worldwide.As the personnel exchanges between countries in the world and the recovery of import and export trade,monkeypox outbreaks by foreign input increasing risk of our country,in order to cope with the risks,this paper monkeypox epidemiological characteristics,clinical manifestation and detection methods,the smallpox outbreak of epidemic characteristics were summarized,put forward the our country port to cope with this round of monkeypox epidemic prevention and control strategies and suggestions.
