玫瑰树根化学成分的研究

摘要 目的对玫瑰树(Ochrosia borbonica)根的化学成分进行研究。方法综合运用硅胶、ODS等柱色谱与半制备型液相色谱进行系统分离,并通过质谱、核磁等方法对化合物结构进行确认。结果从玫瑰树的根中分离出14个化合物,分别鉴定为:picrinine(1)、naucleidinal(2)、strictamine(3)、angustilodine(4)、angustoline(5)、vallesamine(6)、pseudoakuammigine(7)、4-羟基-3-甲氧基-8,9-二亚甲基二氧紫檀素(8)、高丽槐素(9)、异黑麦草内酯(10)、dihydroactinidiolide(11)、caffeic acid methyl ester(12)、积雪草酸(13)、去氢催吐萝芙木醇(14)。结论化合物1~7属于生物碱类化合物,化合物1~8、12、13为首次从玫瑰树属植物中分离得到。 Objective To study the chemical constituents from roots of medicinal plants of Ochrosia borbonica.Methods The chemical constituents from medicinal plants of O.borbonica were separated and purified by silica gel, ODS,and semi-preparative HPLC.The structure of compound was confirmed by MS and NMR.Results Fourteen compounds were isolated from O.borbonica,and identified as picrinine(1),naucleidinal(2),strictamine(3),angustilodine(4),angustoline(5),vallesamine(6),pseudoakuammigine(7),4-hydroxy-3-methoxy-8,9-methyl-lenedioxypterocarpan(8),maackiain(9),isloliolide(10),dihydroactinidiolide(11),caffeic acid methyl ester(12),asiatic acid(13),dehydrovomifoliol(14).Conclusion Compounds 1~7 were alkaloids, ten compounds(1~8,12,13)were isolated from the genus Ochrosia for the first time.
