目的 制定区域麻醉药品和第一类精神药品管理和使用专家共识,保证合理使用,防止流入非法渠道。方法 督导检查区域医疗机构麻醉药品和第一类精神药品管理和使用情况,针对问题形成区域性专家管理共识并培训推行。结果 通过出台专家共识,本市麻醉药品和第一类精神药品管理和使用达到“规范化、同质化、简约化”。结论 麻醉药品和第一类精神药品管理和使用达到“三化”,可以保证其规范管理、合理使用并防止流入非法渠道。

Objective To establish a regional consensus on the management and use of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs in order to ensure their rational use and prevent them from flowing into illegal channels.Methods To supervise and inspect the management and use of narcotic drugs and class I psychotropic drugs in regional medical institutions, to form regional expert management consensus and to train and implement.Results Through the introduction of expert consensus, the management and use of narcotic drugs and class I psychotropic drugs in the city reached "standardization, homogeneity and simplification".Conclusion The management and use of narcotic drugs and class I psychotropic drugs reach "three memorization",which can ensure their standardized management, rational use and prevent them from flowing into illegal channels.
