摘要
长距离原水输送中微生物和贝类的孳生,造成水体的污染和水的流动阻力的增加。针对原水输送距离长、藻类高等特点,在取水泵站和加压泵站同时设置加氯间,投加商品次氯酸钠溶液,并根据设计要点计算设备参数,合理布置加氯间。两级投加系统的选择与设计,既控制微生物及贝类的生长,又避免产生副产物,有利于安全生产与运营管理,为类似工程提供了借鉴。
The breeding of microorganisms and shellfish in long-distance raw water transmission leads to the contamination of water body and the increase of water flow resistance.According to the raw water characteristics of long-distance transmission and high algae,the chlorination room was set up at both the water intake pump station and booster pump station to dose commercial sodium hypochlorite solution,key points of the design were based to calculate the equipment parameters and rationalize the layout of the chlorination room.The selection and design of the two-stage dosing system not only controlled the growth of microorganisms and shellfish,but also avoided the by-products production,which was conducive to safe production and operation management,and could provide reference for similar projects.
