摘要
应用有效粒径D 10为0.8 mm的滤砂对长期使用的均质石英砂滤料进行级配恢复。通过对级配恢复前后以及全部换砂滤池出水浊度的检测,说明级配恢复可提高滤砂整体截污能力,达到改善出水水质的目的。按照级配缺失进行补砂,恢复滤料级配,可以有效提高滤料的过滤性能,相对大规模换砂,极大地节约了费用。
Filter sand with effective particle size D 10 of 0.8 mm was used to restore the gradation of long-term used homogeneous quartz sand filter material.Through the detection of effluent turbidity before and after grading restoration and all sand replacement filters,it was indicated that grading restoration could improve the overall contaminant interception capacity of the filter and achieve the purpose of improving the effluent quality.Sand supplement according to grading loss and restoration of filter material grading could effectively improve the performance of the filter material,and greatly save the cost compared to relatively large-scale sand replacement.
