摘要
李子洲在担任陕西省立第四师范学校校长期间,坚持教育“发展个体、服务社会、改造国家”三位一体的办学思想,推行教育管理体制改革,重视优质师资队伍建设,坚持全面科学育人,倡导教育服务于社会。他的办学思想和治校之道为“四师”发展成为中等师范教育典范作出了重要的贡献,如今依然具有重大的借鉴价值。
During his tenure as the principal of the Fourth Normal School of Shaanxi Province,based on his three-sphere integrated school-running ideology of“developing individuals,serving the society and transforming the country”,Li Zizhou carried out the reform of educational management system,attached importance to the construction of high-quality teaching stuff,stuck to all-round scientific education,and advocated society-serving education.His school-running ideology and school-managing practice turned the Fourth Normal School into a model of secondary teacher education,which are still of significant reference value.
