在思想政治教育过程中知识灌输是前提和基础,价值培育是目的与关键,知识灌输与价值培育相互协同有助于建构思想政治教育大格局,提升思想政治教育效果,实现多维思想政治教育目标。由于传统分科教学理念、专业教学模式、功利主义教育观等因素影响,思想政治教育面临知识灌输与价值培育协同不够、相互割裂等问题。为此,在思想政治教育过程中应树立知识灌输与价值培育有效协同的教育理念,创新课程思政教学、思想政治教育实践、思想政治教育评价等,推进知识灌输与价值培育相互协同,建构多元协同的思想政治教育新格局。

In the process of Ideological and political education,knowledge indoctrination is the premise and foundation,and value cultivation is the purpose and key.The synergy between knowledge indoctrination and value cultivation will help to construct the general pattern of ideological and political education,improve the effect of ideological and political education,and achieve the goal of multi-dimensional ideological and political education.Due to the influence of traditional subject teaching concept,professional teaching mode,utilitarian education concept and other factors,ideological and political education is faced with the problems of insufficient coordination and separation between knowledge indoctrination and value cultivation.Therefore,we should establish effective synergy between knowledge indoctrination and value cultivation,innovate curriculum ideological and political education,so as to construct a new pattern of pluralistic and collaborative ideological and political education.
