新时代工匠精神在大学生社会责任感培育中的作用探析

Role of Craftsman Spirit in the Cultivation of Undergraduates’Sense of Social Responsibility in the New Era

工匠精神是当下大学生塑造正确价值观和良好职业道德素养所必需的精神给养,对中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的实现发挥着不可忽视的作用。基于工匠精神与大学生社会责任感培育的内在契合,分析现存问题,探寻工匠精神赋能大学生社会责任感培育的价值作用与现实路径。具体通过加强顶层设计构筑工匠精神融入大学生社会责任感的理论体系;全面优化提升高校关于大学生劳动教育的现实理路,丰富和完善大学生社会责任感的内容;大力营造工匠精神培育大学生社会责任感的社会氛围。

Craftsman spirit is the spiritual provision necessary for undergraduates to shape correct values and good professional ethics,and plays an important role in the realization of the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Based on the internal agreement between the craftsman spirit and the cultivation of undergraduates’sense of social responsibility,this paper analyzes the existing problems and explores the value role and practical path of the cultivation of their sense of social responsibility enabled by the craftsman spirit.Specifically,the theoretical system of integrating craftsmanship spirit into their sense of social responsibility is constructed by strengthening top-level design,fully optimizing and improving the practical way of their labor education,and enriching and improving the content of their sense of social responsibility,and striving to create a social atmosphere in which the craftsman spirit cultivates their sense of social responsibility.
