摘要
钢渣粉作为一种新型的混凝土掺和料,它的活性与矿渣粉相近,并且分布广、数量多,有较高的应用与研究价值。试验研究了钢渣的易磨性对其比表面积、流动度和活性指数的影响,试验采用钢渣粉替代矿渣粉和粉煤灰,双掺配制对混凝土工作性能及力学性能的影响。研究表明,钢渣粉的最佳球磨粉磨参数为10min,此时,钢渣粉的比表面积为470m^(2)/kg,在混凝土中替代矿渣粉的适宜掺量为50%~70%,混凝土的性能较好,并成功应用于预拌混凝土的生产,具有较好的经济和社会效益。
As a new type of concrete admixture, steel slag powder has similar activity to that of slag powder, and has a wide distribution and a large quantity, so it has high application and research value. The effect of the grindability of steel slag on its specific surface area, fluidity and activity index was studied. The influence of steel slag powder on the workability and mechanical properties of concrete is studied. The research shows that the optimal ball milling parameter of steel slag powder is 10min, the specific surface area of steel slag powder is 470m^(2)/kg, and the appropriate content of steel slag powder to replace slag powder in concrete is50-70%. At this time, the performance of concrete is better, has good economic and social benefits.
