摘要
文中结合南京地铁9号线红山新城站工程案例,对设置有轨排井的地下明挖双岛四线超宽车站建立空间整体模型进行三维计算分析。根据计算结果,对比分析了不同扶壁柱截面高度对轨排井处的结构刚度应力及弯矩变化的影响。通过设计阶段对结构自身构件的加强,满足了车站轨排井处侧墙在施工荷载作用下结构自身安全的需要。经过与车站施工过程中的监测数据比照,验证了轨排井位置结构设计的安全性与经济性。通过采取合理的结构加强措施,可以很好地控制超宽车站大开洞轨排井处的风险。
Combined with the project case of Hongshan Xincheng Station of Nanjing Metro Line 9, the three-dimensional calculation and analysis are carried out for the establishment of the spatial overall model of the underground open cut double island four line super wide station with rail row wells. According to the calculation results, the influence of different buttress column section height on the structural stiffness stress and bending moment change at the rail row well is analyzed. Through strengthening the components of the structure itself in the design stage, the safety needs of the structure itself under the construction load of the side wall at the station rail row well are met.Finally, by comparing with the monitoring data during the construction of the station, the safety and economy of the location and structure design of the rail well are verified. By taking reasonable measures to strengthen the structure, the risk at the large opening rail row well of the super wide station can be well controlled.
