商品混凝土游离氧化钙超标爆裂检测分析与工程加固处理

Analysis of Detection and Reinforcement of Free Calcium Oxide Cracking in Commercial Concrete

文中以江西某在建高层住宅小区发生的商品混凝土游离氧化钙超标,出现大量混凝土墙柱梁板表面爆裂的案例为例,通过对该工程的实体检测和爆裂点粉状物的化学成分检测,分析产生混凝土爆裂现象的原因,针对该工程的爆裂特点,提出针对该类型爆裂现象的加固处理措施,使该工程主体结构的安全得到保障。

Taking the case that the free calcium oxide of commercial concrete in a high-rise residential area under construction in Jiangxi exceeded the standard and a large number of concrete wall column beam slab surface burst as an example, through the physical detection of the project and the chemical composition detection of the powder at the burst point, this paper analyzes the causes of concrete burst, and in view of the burst characteristics of the project, puts forward reinforcement measures for this type of burst phenomenon, the safety of the main structure of the project is guaranteed.
