钢筋混凝土预制构件加热养护制度的探究

钢筋混凝土预制构件加热养护是预制构件生产过程中的一个主要环节,也是较为复杂、消耗时间最长的环节之一。文中通过分析加热养护中钢筋混凝土内部出现的变化,从预养期、升温期、恒温期、降温期及注意事项等方面,对钢筋混凝土预制构件加热养护制度进行阐述,并结合案例研究相应的加热养护系统设计。相关结论可使加热养护工作更规范,提高预制构件的性能和质量。

The heating and curing of reinforced concrete precast members is a major link in the production process of precast members, which is also one of the more complex and time-consuming links. By analyzing the changes in the interior of reinforced concrete during heating and curing, this paper expounds the heating and curing system of reinforced concrete precast members from the aspects of pre curing period,heating up period, constant temperature period, cooling down period and precautions, and studies the design of the corresponding heating and curing system with a case. Relevant conclusions can make the heating and curing work more standardized, and improve the performance and quality of prefabricated components.
