摘要
为解决由于传统水泥稳定碎石基层施工技术不足而导致道桥基层结构稳定性与牢固性较低的问题,文中以M道桥项目为例,通过设计水泥稳定碎石混合料的配合比,依据库仑定律,计算道桥基层连铺参数,提高道桥基层结构的力学性能;采用分层摊铺施工的方式,对道桥水泥稳定碎石基层进行施工。分析施工结果可知,新的施工技术能够有效提高道桥基层结构的抗压强度、等效应力与剪应力,施工后不易出现变形或沉降等问题,施工质量得到大幅提升。
In order to solve the problem of low stability and firmness of the base structure of the bridge, take the M bridge project as an example. According to the analysis of the construction results, the new construction technology can effectively improve the compressive strength, equal effect force and shear stress of the road and bridge base structure, which is not easy to cause deformation or settlement after the construction, and the construction quality has been greatly improved.
