摘要
家用电器的产品类型随着人们的需求已延伸至车载领域,如车载冰箱、车载空气净化器、智能运输监测仪等。智能运输监测仪准确、有效的数据有利于人们利用网络数据平台对车辆的状态进行监控与分析。同时为了消除仪器内部其他零件在焊接、安装时对加速度计测量的数据的影响,本文对智能运输监测仪的数据自校准技术方法进行了研究。采用三轴加速度计采样X、Y、Z轴的多个样本值并计算均值作为偏移值,判断连续的时间内三个轴的偏移值,均在环境可允许的范围即校准成功。此方法提高了智能运输监测仪的数据准确性。
The product type of household appliances has been extended to the automotive field with people’s needs,such as car refrigerators,car air purifiers,intelligent transportation monitors,etc.The accurate and effective data of intelligent transportation monitors is conducive to the use of network data platforms to monitor and analyze the status of vehicles.At the same time,in order to eliminate the influence of other parts inside the instrument on the data measured by the accelerometer during welding and installation,this paper studies the data self-calibration technology method of the intelligent transportation monitor.A three-axis accelerometer is used to sample multiple sample values of the X,Y,and Z axes and calculate the average value as the offset value,and the offset value of the three axes is determined within a continuous period of time,which is successfully calibrated within the allowable range of the environment.This method improves the data accuracy of intelligent transportation monitors.
