摘要 空调类产品塑料制件,处于冷热交替的环境相对较多。尤其针对处于冷热交替环境中的运动类部件,如何提高其冷热抗变形强度,有效避免运动干涉及运动异响。本文通过三维建模、温度场热变形仿真等,对运动塑料制件结构优化设计及辅助加强件优化设计进行了分析研究,并相应针对塑料件局部及面保温进行分析。通过仿真软件结果分析与实验值对比确认,其结果吻合度高,具备指导实际产品设计优化的意义。 Air conditioning products of plastic parts,in the hot and cold alternating environment relatively more.Especially for the movement parts in the hot and cold alternating environment,how to improve their hot and cold deformation strength,effectively avoid the movement dry related movement abnormal sound.Through three-dimensional modeling and thermal deformation simulation of temperature field,this paper analyzes and studies the structural optimization design of moving plastic parts and the optimization design of auxiliary strengthening parts,and analyzes the local and surface insulation of plastic parts accordingly.Through the analysis of simulation software results and the comparison of experimental values,it is confirmed that the results are in good agreement,which has the significance of guiding the actual product design and optimization.
