摘要
螺杆式压缩机回油可靠性是螺杆机组稳定运行的关键条件。本文通过研究螺杆式压缩机油分离原理,搭建压缩机测试系统,研究不同工况下压缩机失油量情况,提出了一种评价螺杆式压缩机回油可靠性的试验方法,通过该方法可有效识别失油量大的压缩机,并提出优化方案。
The reliability of screw compressor oil return is the key condition for stable operation of screw unit.By studying the oil separation principle of screw compressor and building a test system,the oil loss of screw compressor under different working conditions is studied.An experimental method is presented to evaluate the reliability of screw compressor oil return.Through the method,the compressor with abnormal oil return is effectively identified and optimized.
