电加热器通电击穿问题的研究与预防

为了提升空气调节器制热效果,会在热泵系统制热的基础上配置电辅热。近年来,在我司售后不断出现电加热器通电击穿问题,这直接导致空调整机无法有效制热,重者甚至会导致起火事故,存在重大电气安全隐患。由此,本文主要研究陶瓷PTC电加热器通电击穿问题的原因及其预防措施,供行业内陶瓷PTC电加热器预防通电击穿问题作参考。

In order to improve the heating effect of air conditioner,electric auxiliary heat will be configured on the basis of heat pump system.In recent years,after the sales of our company,the problem of power breakdown of electric heaters has repeatedly occurred,which directly leads to the failure of the whole air conditioner to heat effectively,and even leads to fire accidents,and there are major security risks.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the causes and preventive measures of electric breakdown of ceramic PTC electric heater,for reference in the industry to prevent electric breakdown of ceramic PTC electric heater.
