摘要
以提升本地区工业工程人才的核心竞争力为出发点,立足新文科建设理念,通过主动对接轻工产业升级需求,在人文素养、管理能力、技术素养等方面实施强化工业工程专业内涵建设、完善优化核心课程群、设置行业特色模块化课程,构建多学科融合的体验式实践教学平台等教学改革实践,形成与传统的轻工产业转型升级和新兴产业发展人才需求相匹配的工业工程专业人才培养模式。
In this article we propose a training model of industrial engineering speciality.In the process of developing this model,based on the concept of new liberal arts,we targeted at enhancing the core competitiveness of industrial engineering talents in the region.Moreover,by proactively addressing the upgrading needs of light industry,we performed a series of teaching reform practices in the dimensions of humanistic quality,management ability and technical quality,including strengthening the connotation construction of industrial engineering specialty,improving and optimizing core curricula,offering modular courses with industry characteristics,and constructing an experiential practical teaching platform with multi-disciplinary integration.Thus,we constructed a talent training model for industrial engineering professionals that matches the needs of the transformation and upgrading of traditional light industry as well as the demands of the development of emerging industries for talents.
