摘要
通过对乳化液泵站现有的测试要求和传统测试系统的分析研究,提出了一种将先进测试技术引入乳化液泵站测试系统的方法,使乳化液泵站测试系统的多种仪器功能高度集成,实现测试过程智能化。该测试系统采用远程电控无级加载模式及数据管理系统,阐述了软件系统的构成、基本原理。系统上线运行后,提高了数据的准确度以及监视界面的实时效率,同时减少了人与设备接触及工作时间,进一步保证了人身安全。
Through the analysis and research of the existing testing requirements of emulsion pump station and the traditional testing system, a method of introducing advanced testing technology into the emulsion pump station testing system was proposed, which makes the functions of various instruments of the emulsion pump station testing system highly integrated and realizes the intellectualization of the testing process. The testing system adopts remote electric control stepless loading mode and data management system, and expounds the composition and basic principle of the software system. After the system is put into operation, it improves the accuracy of data and the real-time efficiency of the monitoring interface. At the same time, it reduces the contact between people and equipment and working time,and further ensures personal safety.
