泥浆泵用手动变速箱设计

摘要 为满足某型定向钻机泥浆泵流量调节要求,设计了一种用于调节泥浆泵输入转速的手动变速箱。该变速箱结构紧凑,共4个挡位,每个挡位均为两级减速。变速箱输入轴、输出轴与过渡轴采用V形布置方式,变速箱共装有4对齿轮,每对齿轮采用两两排列组合方式实现4个挡位变速。结果表明,变速箱操作简单、工作可靠,能满足泥浆泵变速要求。 In order to meet the flow regulation requirements of mud pump of a directional drilling rig, a manual gearbox for regulating the input speed of mud pump was designed. The gearbox has a compact structure with four gears, and each gear has two-stage deceleration. The input shaft, the output shaft and the transition shaft of the gearbox were arranged in V-shape, and the gearbox is equipped with four pairs of gears, and each pair of gears is arranged and combined in pairs to realize four gear shifts.The results show that the gearbox is easy to operate and reliable, and can meet the variable speed requirements of mud pump.
