基于物联网的喷雾降尘设备远程管理与控制系统设计

Design of Remote Management and Control System of Spraying Dust-settling Equipment Based on Internet of Things

喷雾降尘是煤炭生产行业广泛采用的环保措施,但是由于设备位置分散、环境恶劣、难于监管和维护,造成很多喷雾设备经常处于失能无效状态。基于物联网平台,设计了一套喷雾降尘设备远程管理和控制系统,利用物联网平台的报文流转功能,建立喷雾降尘设备和手机APP之间的通信,通过手机APP实现对多台喷雾降尘设备的远程管理和控制。实际测试表明,该系统可以帮助工作人员及时掌握设备运行状况,为设备正常发挥效能提供高效的技术支持。

Spray dust-settling is a widely adopted environmental protection measure in the coal production industry. However, due to the scattered location, bad environment, difficult supervision and maintenance,many spray equipment is often in a state of invalidation. Based on the internet of things platform, a remote management and control system of spray dust-settling equipment was designed. The communication between spray dust-settling equipment and mobile phone APP was established by using the message transfer function of the internet of things platform. The remote management and control of multiple spray dust-settling equipment were realized by mobile phone APP. The actual test shows that the system can help the personnel to master operation status of the equipment in time, which can provide technical support for the normal operation of the equipment.
