摘要
以高锁连接副为研究对象,着重研究了其在煤炭行业用分级破碎机实际安装环境下,不同干湿安装状态及垫片粗糙度对高锁螺母预紧力的影响以及其相应变化规律,对现有安装规范进行验证,从而保障某型号分级破碎机的装配质量。
Taking high locking connection pair as the research object, focused on the influence and corresponding change law of different dry and wet installation status and gasket roughness when the titanium alloy fastener is under actual installation environment of graded crusher used in coal industry,and verified existing installation specifications, so as to ensure the assembly quality of a certain type of graded crusher.
