液压支架架间用接尘导尘装置的研究与现场试验

摘要 为了解决液压支架移动过程中产生的粉尘,根据液压支架的结构与工作特点,阐述了液压支架降柱移架产尘的特点,计算得到了降柱移架过程中粉尘浓度。采用数理统计方法分析了相邻液压支架架间宽度,得到了液压支架架间宽度的正态分布曲线,推导出了导尘槽的宽度;依据不对称设计得到了三心拱形的导尘槽截面;通过试验分析得到了装置自倾角。现场试验效果表明,总粉尘降尘效率为93.7%,呼吸性粉尘降尘效率为92%,降尘效果明显,提高了大采高综采面生产性粉尘治理水平。 In order to solve the dust generated during the movement of the hydraulic support, according to the structure and working characteristics of the hydraulic support, the characteristics of the dust produced by the hydraulic support when dropping column and moving support were expounded, and the dust concentration in the process of dropping column and moving support was calculated. The width between adjacent hydraulic supports was analyzed by mathematical statistics method, the normal distribution curve of the width between hydraulic support was obtained, and the width of the dust guide groove was deduced. According to the asymmectric design, the cross section of the three center arched dust guide groove was obtained. The self-tilt angle of the device was obtained through experimental analysis. The field test results show that the total dust reduction efficiency is 93.7%, and the dust reduction efficiency of respirable dust is 92%. The dust reduction effect is obvious, and the production dust control level in large mining height fully mechanized face is improved.
