摘要
分析了隔爆壳体内部结构对爆炸压力的影响,实验结果表明:为了增大隔爆外壳体积所采用的内联接法兰结构,2个腔体形状相差很大,会对爆炸气体进行二次加速并伴随着明显的气体湍流现象,导致被联接的隔爆腔体被预压,预压气体的爆炸会形成爆轰与压力重叠现象,对隔爆结构造成永久性破坏。
Analyzed the influence of the internal structure of the flameproof shell on the explosion pressure. The experimental results show that the internal connecting flange structure adopted in order to increase the volume of the flameproof shell, the shapes of the two cavities are very different, which will accelerate the explosive gas twice, accompanied by obvious gas turbulence, resulting in the connected flameproof cavity being preloaded, and the explosion of the preloaded gas will form the phenomenon of overlapping detonation and pressure, permanent damage to flameproof structure.
