摘要
为实现电缆卷放车车架的轻量化设计与制造,首先通过分析车架薄板箱形结构失稳状态及失效机制,建立车架精确的三维模型,然后对车架主体进行静力学分析,并在此基础上对车架箱体结构和板材厚度以及材料选择等方面进行优化,从而达到车架轻量化设计的目的。通过实验评估高强度钢板制造过程中机械性能和物理性能的变化,采取合理的工艺流程和制造参数,从而完成对车架的焊接与加工。
In order to realize the lightweight design and manufacture of the cable winder vehicle frame,firstly, by studying the instability state and failure mechanism of the frame sheet box structure, an accurate three-dimensional model of the frame was established, and then the static analysis of the frame body was carried out. On this basis, the frame structure, sheet thickness and material selection were optimized, so as to achieve the lightweight design of the frame. Through various experiments, the changes of mechanical properties and physical properties of high-strength steel plates were evaluated,and reasonable process flow and manufacturing parameters were adopted to complete the welding and processing of the frame.
