摘要
在煤样分析基础上采用接触角法和粉末浸透速度法综合对比分析了煤样的适配湿润剂,通过实验确定了湿润剂合理添加浓度。在实验室实验研究基础上,进行了防尘注水实践应用,结果显示,通过添加湿润剂,煤体水分含量平均提高了2.57%,比注清水提高了108.94%;明显降低总粉尘和呼吸性粉尘。
Based on the analysis of coal samples, contact angle method and powder penetration rate method were used to comprehensively compare and analyze the adaptive wetting agents of coal samples.The reasonable addition concentration of wetting agent was determined by experiment. On the basis of laboratory test, the practice application of dust-proof water injection was carried out. The results show that through adding wetting agent, the moisture content of coal increases by 2.57% on average and108.94% more than that of clean water injection, and reduces the total dust and respirable dust obviously.
