摘要
为解决盾构施工中管片上浮的问题,设计了一套基于PLC1200和人机界面的AB料注浆设备控制系统。在研究目前施工过程中注浆工艺的基础上,给出了整套控制系统的控制逻辑和实现过程,实现了设备的自动控制、参数设定和状态显示,并应用在实际现场,取得了理想效果。
In order to solve the problem of segment floating in shield construction, a set of AB material grouting equipment control system based on PLC1200 and man-machine interface was designed. Based on the study of the grouting technology in the current construction process, gave the control logic and implementation process of the whole control system, and realized the automatic control, parameter setting and state display of the equipment. This equipment got practical applicationand achieved ideal results.
