The processing technology of the player roof products is analyzed,and the main processes are piercing,drawing and bending.According to the structural characteristics of the product,blanking and bending composite dies are designed for processing.The structure,design principle and working process of the two composite dies are introduced,and the advantages compared with the traditional progressive die structure are introduced.After production summary,it is found that the structure die has high production efficiency,strong production stability and good economic benefits.
