“五对接、四递进、三融合”高端模具人才定制培养推动高水平专业发展

Customized Cultivation of High-End Die & Mold Talents with "Five Docking, Four Progressive and Three Integration" to Promote High-Level Professional Development

摘要 随着粤港澳大湾区产业升级,模具企业专精和复合型高技术技能人才的需求也逐渐扩大。广东机电职业技术学院以知名企业为合作主体,开展创新型工匠人才定制协同培养,形成高端模具订单班:将课程的设置和产业升级的需求进行对接,将课程的内容和职业技能标准进行对接,将教学的过程和企业的生产过程进行对接,将学历证书和技能等级证书进行对接,将职业教育和终身学习进行对接(也就是“五对接”)。同时以基本技术技能、专业技术技能、综合技术技能和创新创业技能(也就是“四递进”)的进阶能力培养作为主线,通过“技术技能+综合素质+企业文化融合训练”(也就是“三融合”)多维育训结合的订单人才培养训练计划,为粤港澳大湾区高端模具人才可持续发展提供支撑,推动了高水平专业模具设计与制造专业的发展。 With the industrial upgrading of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,the demand for specialized and compound high-tech talents of die&mold enterprises has gradually expanded.Guangdong Mechanical and Electrical Polytechnic,with well-known enterprises as the main body of cooperation,carries out customized collaborative training of innovative craftsman talents to form high-end die&mold order classes:connect the curriculum setting with the needs of industrial upgrading,connect the content of the curriculum with the professional skill standards,connect the teaching process with the production process of the enterprise,and connect the academic certificates with the skill level certificates,connect vocational education with lifelong learning(that is,"five connections").At the same time,taking the training of advanced ability of basic technical skills,professional technical skills,comprehensivetechnical skills and innovation and entrepreneurship skills(also known as"four progressive")as the main line,through the"technical skills+comprehensive quality+corporate culture integration training"(also known as"three integration")multi-dimensional education and training training plan for order talents,to provide support for the sustainable development of high-end mold talents in Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area,it has promoted the development of high-level professional die&mold design and manufacturing.
