摘要
蓝藻是周期性存在的有机污染物,通过将蓝藻与市政污泥协同处理可以有效削减其带来的不利环境影响。针对蓝藻与市政污泥深度脱水废水处理站进行设计,设计规模为3 600 m^(3)/d。因工程用地紧张,采用预处理+厌氧处理(UASB)+AO-MBR组合工艺,使出水水质达到GB/T 31962—2015《污水排入城镇下水道水质标准》表1中A级标准。预处理采用化学沉淀法去除脱水废水中的Ca^(2+),调节pH后进入UASB反应器完成COD_(Cr)的去除,AO-MBR工艺完成脱氮目标使脱水废水达标排放。实际运行效果表明该工艺在节省占地的同时能够满足设计出水水质标准要求,可为同类型的项目提供技术参考。
Cyanobacteria are periodic organic pollutants whose adverse environmental impact can be effectively reduced by the collaborative treatment of cyanobacteria and municipal sludge. The wastewater treatment station for deep dehydration of cyanobacteria and municipal sludge is designed with the design scale of 3 600 m^(3)/d. Due to the limited project land, the combined process of pretreatment + anaerobic treatment(UASB) +AO-MBR is adopted to make the effluent meet the Grade A standard in Table 1 of GB/T 31962—2015 “Wastewater quality standards for discharge to municipal sewers”. Ca^(2+)is removed from dewatered wastewater by chemical precipitation method pretreatment. After adjustment of the pH, the wastewater enters UASB reactor to complete the removal of COD_(Cr). AOMBR process achieves the denitrification target and makes the dewatered wastewater discharge up to the standard.The actual operation results show that the process can not only save land, but also meet the requirements of the designed effluent quality standard. It can provide technical reference for similar projects.
