摘要 CK1井为川西首口采用络合铁脱硫工艺的含硫气井。经多年装置改进、参数优化运行较为良好。但脱硫药剂体系存在溶液易起泡、再生效果不稳定等问题。本文凭借长期研究络合铁脱硫剂发展迭代经验,开展脱硫药剂体系优化技术研究,通过室内实验、现场工艺装置试运行实现不停车完善脱硫剂功能目的,提出了铁离子降解快和副产物沉积多是影响工艺装置稳定运行的根本性问题。通过优化药剂指标最优控制范围,指导药剂精细加量,达到药剂消耗降低41%、运行时率提升至99%、溶液再生良好、装置沉积减少等的效果。 CK1 well is the first sulfur gas well in western Sichuan that adopts the iron complex desulfurization process. After years of installation improvement and parameter optimization, the operation is relatively good. However, the desulfurization agent system has problems such as easy foaming and unstable regeneration effect. Based on the long-term experience in the development and iteration of iron complex desulfurizer,this paper studies the optimization technology of desulfurizer system. Through indoor experiments and on-site trial operation of the process unit, the purpose of improving the function of desulfurizer without stopping is realized. It is proposed that the rapid degradation of iron ions and the deposition of by-products are the fundamental problems affecting the stable operation of the process unit. By optimizing the optimal control range of the drug index, guided the fine dosage of the drug, the drug consumption decreased by 41%, the running time rate increased to 99%, the solution regeneration is good, the device deposition reduced and other effects.
