鸡粪与玉米秸秆混合厌氧干发酵研究 被引量:2

摘要 鸡粪中添加一定量的秸秆可以有效解决发酵过程中由于挥发性脂肪酸大量积累,从而导致厌氧消化反应不正常的问题。本次实验意通过研究鸡粪和秸秆不同配比下在干发酵过程中常规参数的变化,计算其产甲烷效率,研究发酵消化系统的理化参数、产气特性等变化情况。研究结果表明:在鸡粪的发酵过程中添加少量秸秆有助于调节C/N,调节微生物的营养结构以及防止氨抑制现象的产生,提高产气效率,10%秸秆添加量为最佳配比。在整个厌氧消化过程中,COD及氨氮浓度未对微生物的生长产生抑制作用,VFAs浓度的变化趋势为先上升后趋于稳定。 Adding a certain amount of straw to chicken manure can effectively solve the problem of anaerobic digestion due to the accumulation of volatile fatty acids in the fermentation process. The purpose of this experiment is to study the change of conventional parameters in dry fermentation process under different ratio of chicken manure and straw, calculate its methane-producing efficiency, and study the change of physical and chemical parameters and gas production characteristics of fermentation digestive system. The results showed that adding a small amount of straw in the process of chicken manure fermentation could help to regulate C/N, regulate the nutritional structure of microorganisms, prevent the occurrence of ammonia inhibition and improve the gas production efficiency, and 10% straw was the best ratio. In the whole anaerobic digestion process, the concentration of COD and ammonia nitrogen did not inhibit the growth of microorganisms, and the variation trend of VFAs concentration first increased and then tended to be stable.
