基于适应性提升的高职专业人才培养质量标准和评价研究

Research on Quality Standards and Evaluation of Professional Talent Training in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Adaptability Improvement

强化职业教育适应性是对高等职业教育高质量发展提出的又一新要求。适应性要求高职院校人才培养既要符合职业教育内在发展规律,又要不断满足学生个体与社会经济发展要求,切实服务于学生全面发展、服务社会经济建设需求。基于内适性与外适性相统一的原则,构建校本特色的《专业人才培养工作质量标准》,以质量标准为引领、以教学过程的形成性数据为依据进行专业人才培养目标达成度、职业岗位匹配度评价,既能帮助专业及时诊断人才培养质量状况,也能帮助专业迅速改进人才培养中的不足,从而实现人才培养过程中动态调整、以评促改的目的,推动人才培养质量螺旋上升,增强职业教育适应性。

Strengthening the adaptability of vocational education is another new requirement for the high-quality development of higher vocational education.The requirement of adaptability means that talent training in higher vocational colleges should conform to the inherent rules of development of vocational education,satisfy the needs of individual students as well as social and economic development,and serve the overall development of students and the social and economic construction.Based on the principle of unity between internal and external adaptability,the schoolbased Quality Standards for Professional Talent Training has been constructed.Guided by quality standards and based on the formative data of the teaching process,the evaluations of the degree of achievement of the professional training objectives and the degree of job matching have been carried out,which can help departments to diagnose the quality of talent training in a timely manner,and quickly improve the shortcomings in talent training,so as to achieve the purpose of dynamic adjustment in the process of talent training,promote the talent training quality and enhance the adaptability of vocational education.
