基于肠-肝轴理论探讨通腑泻下法在急性胰腺炎中的应用

Discussion on the Application of Tongfu Xiexia Method in Acute Pancreatitis Based on Gut-Liver Axis Theory

急性胰腺炎(AP)是胰酶被激活后引起胰腺自身炎症反应的消化系统危重疾病,与肠-肝轴功能紊乱密切相关。治疗上,现代医学主要以抑制胰酶分泌、抗感染等对症处理,但有一定的局限性。而中医治疗具有相应优势。中医学认为,AP病机为邪毒结聚中焦,枢机不利,致腑气不通。治以通腑泻下法可取得良好疗效。本文基于肠-肝轴理论就通腑泻下法在AP中的应用进行梳理,以期为临床相关防治提供参考。

Acute pancreatitis(AP)is a critical disease of the digestive system caused by the activation of pancreatic enzymes and an autoinflammatory response of the pancreas,which is closely related to the dysfunction of the gut-liver axis.In terms of treatment,modern medicine mainly uses symptomatic treatment such as inhibition of pancreatic enzyme secretion and anti-infection,but there are certain limitations.TCM treatment has corresponding advantages.TCM believes that its pathogenesis is the accumulation of evil toxins in the middle jiao,which is unfavorable for the cardinal,causing the qi of the viscera to be blocked.Good curative effect can be achieved by the Tongfu Xiexia method.Based on the theory of the gut-liver axis,this article sorted out the application of Tongfu Xiexia method in AP,in order to provide a reference for clinical related prevention and treatment.
