摘要
肾纤维化是慢性肾脏病持续进展的共同表现,调节线粒体功能障碍是改善肾纤维化的关键环节。本文旨在梳理线粒体功能障碍在慢性肾脏病肾纤维化进展的作用机制及中医药干预的研究进展,从线粒体动力学、线粒体自噬、线粒体氧化应激、线粒体依赖的凋亡途径展开论述,为中医药治疗慢性肾脏病提供临床思路。
Renal fibrosis is a common performance for the continuous progression of chronic kidney disease,and regulating mitochondrial dysfunction is a key link in improving renal fibrosis.This article aimed to explore the mechanism of mitochondrial dysfunction in the progression of renal fibrosis in chronic kidney disease and the research progress of TCM intervention,and expounded from mitochondrial dynamics,mitophagy,mitochondrial oxidative stress,and mitochondria-dependent apoptosis pathways,which could provide clinical ideas for the treatment of chronic kidney disease with TCM.
